I have been trading on-and-off with AvaTrade for over 2 years. Is was quite good and friendly. There was No problem with executions. But problem happened few months ago when I back trading after taking some vacation months.
I was making profits from $120 to $480 in two weeks. Things get horrible when the MT4 connection is down! It was not for 1 day but for weeks! How annoying could that be!
I get upset, I contacted my account manager and he told me. “AvaTrade is currently improving their server”. However, he shared a different story to my friend, who happened trading with AvaTrade too. Isn’t that craps ?!!!
Spreads are high always.. Better Stay away if you could!
Recently they begin the Auto-Trader System. The system will let you WIN in the early stage. However, after a few trades all your money will be lost.
Moreover, the worst is they can tell you that the Auto-Trader can perform manual trade but the response is damn slow when you submit the trade or close the trade which results you end up losing.
The manner of the account manager is good when you have no problem. When you have problem with them, the attitude change. Overall, I will only rate it at 5/5. I can only say that there are better brokers out there.
