This Forex strategy using EMA could work very well to find the trend. This system is created to work with MetaTrader 4 with the following indicators – 5 EMA (Dark Blue) + 21 EMA (Crimson) + RSI(7) + MACD (10,20,3,7). If you want to use this trading system with other trading platforms, you should use this settings – 5 EMA (Dark Blue) + 21 EMA (Aqua) + RSI(9) + MACD (5,26,1).

So how really work this trading system?

This trading system use slow and fast EMA’s and also RSI filter. The system work very simple, you only need to follow for breakout. For example:

Entry Rules:

When to BUY ?

You should Buy, when the fast 5-period EMA (Dark Blue) is above the slow 21-period EMA (Crimson). The other rule is the RSI(7) filter to create red bars, as the MACD with EMA > 0

When to BUY ?

You should Sell, when the fast 5 EMA (Dark Blue) is under the slow 21-period EMA.

You can take your profit, when the candle close inside the EMA area.
